Dr. David Ng
David Ng  B.A.Sc., M.D., CCFP(EM)  Emergency Staff Physician University Health Network / Toronto East General Hospital

David Ng is an emergency physician in downtown Toronto.  He is also a lecturer for the Department of Community and Family medicine at the University of Toronto, and as such, is involved in the training of medical students and residents.  Having worked in Nunavut, Iqaluit and different areas of rural Ontario, from Lion's head to Cobourg and Simcoe, Dr. Ng continues to nurture his interest and involvement in rural emergency medicine.  David has interest and proficiency in break(dance)ing although he would not identify himself as a break(danc)er.  A little known fact is that he auditioned for cycle 1 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and had he been successful in his audition he would have dropped out of his emergency medicine training and would not be the doctor he is today.  Prior to his delusions of grandeur as an undiscovered dance star, David Ng taught break(dance) and hip hop at McMaster University and was a founder of the Jedi-Ninja Crew.  David's dancing is unique in that it is largely self taught.  He remains active in dance and continues to maintain his connections in the break community.
