BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors shall have control over and be responsible for the general management of the affairs and business of the Association. At any time there shall be no less than 7, and no greater then 11 directors. At any given time, 50% of the Board of Directors must be dance educators.
EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall be the principal Chief and Financial Officer of the Association. He/She is responsible for the following
a)
the maintenance of adequate books of account of the Corporation

The Secretary shall;
a)record the minutes of the members and of the Board of Directors’ meeting
