HDC Educational Workshops at SunDance 2021

Presented in association with the Royal Academy of Dance and Healthy Dancer Canada, Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre's SunDance Summer Intensive is now on! Guest experts Nicole Inica Hamilton (July 7), Karen Sudds (July 14), and Andrea Downie (July 21) of Healthy Dancer Canada will lead virtual presentations covering topics such as self-care, warm-up and cool down, and complementary training for dance.

This full-day, three week intensive occuring July 5-23 provides dancers ages 8-19 with the means to realize their artistic potential in a professional, interdisciplinary atmosphere. Learn more about HDC's educational outreach initiatives!
